Ryan Carroll

Founder/Chef/Forager

Hailing from Sayville and a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Ryan Carroll is the guy behind Wild Events. Inspired by his passion for farm-to-table dining, he created the company to bring the freshest, locally sourced ingredients to every experience. When he’s not crafting meals, you’ll find him on his Mattituck mushroom farm. And if mushrooms are on the menu, you can bet he picked them himself.

Director of Operations/Wine Director/Fromage Commander

Having worked in hospitality for more than 15 years, Rene has developed the skill of organizing and running outstanding events. From planning events for TV, like the NBC Rockefeller Center Tree Lighting, to planning private parties in the Hamptons, she loves being precise and creative. Her extensive experience includes working with industry icons like Danny Meyer and Will Guidara, and contributing to Eleven Madison Park’s rise to #1 on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list.

Bar Program Lead/Staffing Director/Cerveza y Mezcal

Since moving to New York from Mexico City, Rodrigo has been perfecting the art of cocktail making, having a great time in the process. He's worked at some of the city's best restaurants and bars, specializing in agave spirits and agave-based cocktails (but also making killer martinis).

Since moving to New York from Mexico City, Rodrigo has been perfecting the art of cocktail making, having a great time in the process. He's worked at some of the city's best restaurants and bars, specializing in agave spirits and agave-based cocktails (but also making killer martinis).
He's also responsible for putting together the ideal crew for each event. Whether it's finding top-tier bartenders, servers, or sommeliers like Sal (believe us, you want this guy pouring your wine). Oh, and if you mention mezcal—good luck making him stop.
