Rooted in the rich soil of the North Fork and supercharged with NYC’s top culinary talent, we craft unforgettable, farm-to-table feasts that are as bold and beautiful as the people we serve.

We do backyard dinners and vineyard weddings, oyster bars by the bay, wood-fired pizza trucks, paella in the field, mezze for days, and cocktails that come with a wink.
We work in private homes, estates, studios, and event spaces across NYC and the tri-state area. Indoors or outdoors, plated or passed — if it involves food, mood, and intention, we’re in.
Our ingredients come from the dirt, the docks, and the people we know by name.
We work closely with local farmers, fishermen, winemakers, foragers, and artisans — especially here on the North Fork. We follow the seasons, cook what’s at its peak, and let the ingredients speak for themselves.
This isn’t just sourcing. It’s community.
We take dietary needs seriously, and we believe no one should feel like the “difficult guest.” Whether it’s allergies, preferences, or deep dietary philosophy, we’ll work with you to build a menu that’s inclusive, intentional, and still totally delicious.

We’ve cooked in fields, backyards, brownstones, and barns.
Sometimes we roll in with our own gear — grills, burners, fire pits; other times, we’ll just use your kitchen.
We’ll sort out all the details in advance. All you need is the space and the vision —we’ll bring the rest.
For events of 20 guests and under, we bring tableware, silverware, linen napkins, and all the service pieces needed to serve your menu beautifully. Glassware is included if you’ve selected beverage service. We don’t provide tables or chairs, but we’re happy to coordinate rentals if needed.
For larger gatherings, we work with trusted rental partners to make sure everything fits your style and setup.
We’re happy to elevate any setup with thoughtful touches, like custom menus and fresh cut flowers from local farms.
