ABOUT CHEF RYAN
CHEF RYAN DOESN'T JUST BELIEVE IN FARM-TO-TABLE - HE LIVES IT
Chef Ryan Carroll is a Sayville, Long Island native with a lifelong passion for localism, leadership, and uplifting people through food.
He began his culinary journey at just 14 years old, washing dishes and bussing tables before working his way up the kitchen ranks. Ryan earned his bachelor’s degree from the Culinary Institute of America, completing exchange programs at West Point and participating in an immersive food, wine, and agriculture program
across Spain.
Over the years, he’s worked in New York City, Long Island, and the East End, training under acclaimed chefs including Jean-Georges Vongerichten, José Andrés, and John Fraser.
Today, Ryan lives in the heart of the North Fork, surrounded by the wineries, waterways, and farms that inspire his work. He maintains close partnerships with more than 70 local farms, wineries, and fishermen, sourcing directly from them for his events and private dinners.
One of Ryan’s proudest accomplishments is founding Carroll’s Kitchen LI, a nonprofit initiative that gained recognition on CBS, Fox 5, NBC, and News 12 for its Thanksgiving campaign, which delivered 15,000 meals to veterans, seniors, and families in need. Since March 2020, Carroll’s Kitchen LI has provided more than 850,000 meals across Long Island.

OUR FARMERS & MAKERS
GOOD FOOD STARTS WITH GOOD PEOPLE
We owe everything to the North Fork’s farmers, fishermen, and makers — the ones who grow, catch, and craft with purpose. Their hands shape every ingredient that ends up on your plate.
From tide charts to tomato rows, our menus follow the rhythm of the land and sea.
We’re proud to partner with them — and to help keep Long Island’s local food story alive, one meal at a time.
